What kind of bags do you sell?

We offer a curated collection of stylish, functional bags designed for everyday wear—ranging from mini bags to statement totes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

Can I pay with cash on delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, we do not offer COD at the moment.

Can I return a product?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

How do I request a return or refund?

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Can I change my address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes! Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address so we can update it for you before dispatch.
