BiiG things come from small places. BiiG LuXe started in a studio apartment in Shajing, Shenzhen — and is now a globally incorporated luxury goods brand with registered operations across Asia, the UK, the United States, and West Africa.
BiiG LuXe was born in a studio apartment in Shajing, Shenzhen. Founded by Samuel Ita Okpor — a Nigerian-born designer and entrepreneur living and working in China — the brand started with a simple idea: bring genuine luxury within reach, without compromising on quality or style.
What began as a concept in one small room has grown into a multi-continent brand. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted — premium materials, practical layouts, and exceptional attention to detail — because Samuel has always believed that where you start has nothing to do with how far you can go.
From Shajing to Hong Kong, Lagos to Texas — BiiG LuXe is not just a bag. It's proof that BiiG things come from small places.
Every great luxury house has a mark. Hermès has its H. Louis Vuitton has LV. BiiG LuXe has BGLX — drawn directly from the letters of the brand name, and carried through every product we make.
And behind the name itself: BiiG — Bold, Irresistible, Impeccable, Glamorous. Four words that define every piece in the collection.
Look for BGLX on our hardware, our lining, and our craftsmanship details — a quiet signal to those who know.
Samuel Ita Okpor is a Nigerian-born entrepreneur and the founder of BiiG LuXe. Based in Shenzhen, China, Samuel built the brand from a studio apartment in Shajing — with no outside funding, no team, just a vision for what luxury could look like when it's built with purpose.
That vision took him from Shajing to Lagos, Hong Kong to Eastbourne — and now to Texas. Under his leadership, BiiG LuXe is now a formally registered brand across three continents, with its global headquarters in the United Kingdom and active operations in the United States and West Africa.
"You don't need a big place to start. You just need a BiiG idea."
BiiG LuXe is one of the few luxury goods brands with registered entities across four countries and three continents.
