Where we deliver
This storefront currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Available services depend on your delivery address. For enquiries about other countries, email contact@biigluxe.com before placing an order.
Order processing
Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods. Coming-soon items are not available to purchase; you can join their email notification list.
USA delivery services
- USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Transit times vary by route and may be longer for some destinations. Processing time is additional.
Shipping charges
USPS rates are calculated at checkout using the delivery address and parcel details. If an order requires more than one parcel, checkout may show a combined charge for multiple packages. Review the selected service and total before payment.
Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send your tracking details by email. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your full address, apartment or unit number and ZIP code carefully. Contact us promptly with your order number if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. For a delay, missing parcel or returned shipment, contact us so we can investigate. Any reshipping charge will be confirmed with you before another shipment is arranged.
Collection and returns
Our Houston dispatch location is not a walk-in shop. Collection is not offered through checkout. For returns, contact us first for instructions and the correct return address. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
