Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled directly from our warehouse or through our network of authorised regional distributors:
- Nigeria — Lagos & Abuja
- United Kingdom — London
- United States — Houston
- China — Shenzhen
If you are ordering from a region not listed above, your order will be handled through our international fulfilment channel. Contact us if you need clarification on your specific location.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or public holidays.
Delivery Time
- Nigeria (Lagos & Abuja): 1–3 business days via local distributors
- Nigeria (Other States): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions may occur and are outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination, and are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website to follow your package.
International Orders & Customs
For international deliveries, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in our shipping charges.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
