We use the contact, billing and delivery details you provide, your order and payment status, account details where you create an account, and messages or reviews you send us. Our website and service providers may also process device, browser, IP address and cookie information needed to operate, secure and understand use of the site.

Orders and payments

We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, handle returns and prevent fraud. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details entered into Stripe payment fields are handled by Stripe; our store receives payment references and status information rather than your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Service providers

We share the information needed to provide the service with our website hosting and WooCommerce service providers, payment processors, delivery and postage providers such as USPS, email providers, and customer-support services. For example, a delivery provider needs your recipient name and delivery address. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute.

Email notifications and support

If you join a product waitlist, we use your email to notify you about that product’s availability. Newsletter subscriptions are separate. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided, or contact us to remove a subscription. Order and service messages may still be sent where needed to complete your purchase. If you use our chat or contact form, the information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry.
