We want you to enjoy your BiiG LuXe purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with any included accessories. Please keep your order confirmation.

How to start a return

Email contact@biigluxe.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel; our UK correspondence address and Houston dispatch location are not walk-in return counters.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to post the credit.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return postage and the original delivery charge is not refundable, except where required by law. If we arrange a return label, we will confirm its cost before you agree to it; you will not be charged twice for the same return postage. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, contact us first so we can confirm the appropriate arrangement.
