These terms apply to use of biigluxe.com and purchases from the BiiG LuXe storefront. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies.

Products and availability

Our USA collection is offered subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices and available options are displayed on each product page. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Items marked “Coming soon to the USA” cannot be purchased; an email notification request is not an order or reservation.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery charges and any taxes charged at checkout are shown before payment. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. The payment options available for your order appear at checkout.

Orders and delivery

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Our USA collection dispatches from Houston, Texas, to eligible addresses in the United States. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for processing times, carrier estimates and delivery arrangements. Contact us promptly if an order detail needs to be corrected.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Accounts and website use

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and ensure your information remains accurate. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Intellectual property

Our brand names, designs, photographs and website content belong to BiiG LuXe or their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping, but commercial copying or use of protected content requires permission.

Applicable rights

These terms are subject to applicable law. They do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the site. Where a revision is material, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. Changes do not remove rights attached to orders already placed.
